Shipping - All Cool Buzz products are designed, printed and shipped in the United States.  Shipping speed depends on the supplier for a particular garment or item.  Most items arrive within 14 days.

Returns - Returns & Exchanges Guarantee (Excludes Shipping). We trust your shopping experience with us is efficient and satisfying. If you're unhappy with your purchase you may return item's from your invoice for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation date providing items are returned in the original condition that you received them. All returned items shipped to you are subject to a 20% restocking fee on listed price.

* Items listed as 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.

* We will not accept nor return items for return or exchange once they are washed, worn or damaged unless they are arrived damaged. 

Please contact us for our return address and get delivery confirmation for all returns and exchanges. We accept USPS, Fed Ex and UPS shipments.  Please include a copy of the invoice or invoice number with Exchange or Refund instruction written on the invoice.
